It's that time of year again!

Some might say holiday season is right around the corner, but for me it’s already started. I love Christmas for the snow, the lights and the holiday spirit. Studies have shown that putting up your decorations in November makes you happier and so I have already started to bring out the lights. There’s something so comforting about hanging out with a warm fire, cozy pajamas, listening to holiday movies.

The North. A photography Exhibition

My experience during the Into the North production was insane. Just getting back from the adventure, and my head is still trying to wrap around what happened throughout the 2 weeks. I learned a lot about the Cree culture, and how it's important to preserve the communities and inspire them to push towards tourism to help improve the region. I learned the importance of community, and to constantly push myself out of the comfort zone. There were times when the bugs were so bad I wanted to cry, and moments that were just to powerful it was a challenge to hold back tears.

Spending time with the minies.

For a couple of years now, I occasionally drove past the barn, seeing these guys hanging out in the front paddock, and have always wanted to just find myself inside the paddock petting and cuddling these cute creatures. It wasn't until last month that France (owner of the barn) invited me, that things started to get real.
