Last year, I had the opportunity to spend two weeks in Eeyou Istchee Baie-James in Northern Quebec, and this year I was lucky enough to spend two weeks discovering the east coast of Quebec with my husband and service dog, Alo. I don’t remember the last time my husband and I had the opportunity to go on a trip together considering he works a lot, and finally having two weeks off, we decided to pack up our little corolla, and head east.Read More
In those moments of true defeat, nature always seemed to pick me up through subtle magical moments, in this case the beautiful blue hour of the morning, and the water soothingly rushing down next to me. Even tho the fridgid temperatures, I felt warm and fuzzy inside.Read More
Selling prints came a little after I was diagnosed of a chronic depression in which I had to take time off work to focus on my mental health. Some might say holiday season is right around the corner, but for me it’s already started. I love Christmas for the snow, the lights and the holiday spirit. My alarm went off this morning at 6am for me to get up, pack up my camera bag, grab the fiance and dog to head up north for a sunrise hike.
I contemplated in my bed looking at the ceiling as my eyes drifted shut about going out or not. My bed seemed way too cozy and it was still so dark out.
