Mental health matters

And here are the ways I advocate for it

I have the privilege of having a love-hate relationship with mental health. It has allowed me to become more resilient as well as allowing me to connect with people on a bigger scale. Living with anxiety, depression and PTSD I find solace by running in the woods, writing in my journal and helping others feel less lonely.

Meditation runs

Join one of my meditation runs. Inclusive runs for the community where we run a distance of approximately 6km with stops at every km to do a series of breathing exercises to boost mental health.

Conferences

Being able to share and inspire those around me has always been at the root of my values. In the last years, I have given many conferences on resiliency and mental health.
